We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team, providing excellent customer service and product advice to pet owners.

The successful candidate will be confident in engaging customers, offering advice and information on their specific pet needs. They will also identify opportunities to promote preventative treatment and maintain a high level of knowledge about pet products and services.

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about pets and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and offering high-quality care.
  • Educate customers on the best care for their pets by offering expert advice and product information.
  • Maintain a well-presented store and replenish stock as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on pet products and services provided by attending training and development opportunities.
