Regional Client Services Team Leader

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced team leader to manage a diverse group of service delivery professionals in the North East region of Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality, personalized services are delivered to clients in an individualized funding environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and guiding the team to provide services that meet the needs of clients, ensuring client retention and engagement.
- Operational management, ensuring that the team achieves defined key performance indicators, including billable and productive time.
- Implementing strategies that foster client growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Business Management or Health Services at graduate or post-graduate level (or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications plus extensive experience).
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and engaging teams to deliver services.
- Ability to build the performance and capability of a diverse workforce through coaching and development.
- Demonstrated business knowledge and skills, including financial management.
