We are seeking a diligent Senior Financial Clerk to provide financial support across various functions. This full-time position is based in Sydney and involves tasks related to accounts payable, accounting assistance, and other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices in SAP via the AP Workflow process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee expense claims and fortnightly supplier payments, managing local and international transactions.
- Manage multi-currency transactions, reconcile corporate credit cards (AMEX, VISA), and perform monthly vendor reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, clear daily bank items, match invoices to goods receipts, and manage AP aging reports.
- Provide support for month-end close, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring accurate coding and reconciliations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with proficiency in using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
- SAP experience is preferred, along with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail and self-motivation.
