Job Title: Financial Services Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established and successful insurance and financial advice business. As a key member of our team, you will support our Life Insurance Adviser in NSW (and other locations) in advising, selling, and servicing clients regarding their life insurance policies.

The Role:
  • Support the Life Insurance Adviser with new business, including paraplanning, research, and statement preparation.
  • Assist with obtaining quotations from insurers and following up outstanding medical requirements from customers or medical practitioners.
  • Provide personal assistant support, including setting up meetings, filing emails, and liaising with insurers.
  • Contribute to ongoing customer service, managing e-mails, and telephone queries.
