Job Title: Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team in Sydney. As a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of all financial aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) qualification or near completion of the program. Additionally, they should have a genuine interest in renewable energy and be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Management and KPI variance reporting
  • Financial management of development, construction, and operating-stage renewable energy assets
  • Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Cashflow forecasting and funding requirements calculation
  • Management of external administrators and advisors for statutory filings
  • Bank account management and payments processes
  • Financial compliance matters (e.g., AFSL)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) or near completion of the program
  • Familiarity with or genuine interest in renewable energy
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in implementing new technologies and leveraging digital applications
