Indigenous Relations Specialist

This is a First Nations identified role and as a People & Corporate Affairs Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work across many areas of the team, supporting a variety of initiatives.
Some of the key highlights of this role include:
- Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): Be an integral part of our reconciliation journey by supporting the development and implementation of Asahi's first RAP.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support the coordination of initiatives across the organisation including conducting research and analysis to identify best practice, as well as preparing reports, presentations and communications to provide updates on the progress of multiple initiatives.
- Cross-functional Journey: Embark on a diverse career path by working across the People & Corporate Affairs team as well as the wider functions of Asahi Beverages.
- Networking Opportunities: Exposure to different departments will help you grow your network, allowing you to build valuable professional relationships and gain exposure to potential mentors and future development opportunities.
- Personal & Professional Development: We provide you with on-the-job training, projects, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Our Graduate program runs for a total of 12 months and at the end of the program, you will possess a well-rounded skill set and a broad understanding of our business functions as you move to your permanent role within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team.
