About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team at White & Case LLP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up meeting rooms and function spaces for meetings and events.
  • Take tea and coffee orders, prepare, and deliver to rooms.
  • Clear rooms upon completion of a meeting or event, rearranging furniture, and ensuring the space is clean and tidy for the next meeting/event.
  • Assist with the coordination of video conference and conference call set up.
  • Keep front of office and back of office kitchens/staff break out areas clean and tidy.
  • Cover reception when the Receptionist is not there.
  • Order, maintain, and restock office supplies.
  • Assist the Office Operations Manager and back of office team in general office administration or other ad hoc requests as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality/customer service role.
  • Barista license (preferred).
  • RSA (preferred).
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events.
