Customer Service Expert Role Available

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic customer service expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge.

  • Provide professional and personalized customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of our store through merchandising and general housekeeping
