Customer Service Expert

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Expert, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication across multiple channels. You'll manage a high-volume inbox, ensuring accurate and consistent information delivery on HR services, while resolving customer issues promptly and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment or within a People and Culture Contact Centre
  • Previous experience managing a high volume inbox
  • Working knowledge of HR best practice is ideal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound organisational & time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite
