About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Officer to join our team at Team Global Express. As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, completing daily data entry and administration duties, and working with spreadsheets to generate reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete daily data entry and administration duties, including processing freight and generating reports.
  • Work with spreadsheets to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

  • You must have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • You must be able to work well in a team environment and be proactive in resolving customer issues.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
