Job Description

The role involves maintaining the entire farm grounds and surrounding area, focusing on sustainability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining gardens and grounds using equipment provided, including trimming, pruning, mowing, weed spraying, irrigation, and fertilising as required;
  • Performing regular servicing of all equipment supplied for use;
  • Day-to-day maintenance of existing vegetation, proactively monitoring plant health and planting new vegetation as instructed;
  • Undertaking basic horticulture tasks;
  • Assisting with general labour and farm tasks when required.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for agriculture and working in a rural area;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Sufficient literacy and numeracy skills;
  • A valid drivers license and own transport;
  • Sound physical fitness.
