About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring
  • Assisting with customer service-related tasks, including enrolments and access to online systems
  • Contributing to a positive and welcoming customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customer service focus
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A high level of proficiency using office productivity software
Desirable Skills:

While not essential, proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. Previous sales and customer service experience is also highly regarded.

Location and Hours:

This role will be based at one of our four hubs: Parramatta, Burwood, Chatswood, and Hurstville. The role is a casual position, with available shifts including Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 8:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pm, and a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
