Support Worker Role

This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who want to make a difference in their community.

You will be supporting adults with disabilities to engage in community activities, mainly in the community, and occasionally in clients' homes.

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including meal prep, hygiene, and mobility support.
  • Facilitate recreation and social activities that promote independence and inclusion.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as shopping, appointments, and events.

  • A commitment to empowering clients and upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills and good English literacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.

Becoming a Support Worker requires a Certificate IV in Disability or relevant experience. However, an interest in community services is highly valued.
