The Role

We're seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Marketing Advisor to help deliver impactful internal and external communications, media and marketing initiatives.
You'll manage digital platforms, support campaigns and events, and create engaging content that enhances our brand and visibility.
What You'll Do
Create and manage content across social media, website, and internal channels
Support media relations, campaigns, and events
Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to reporting
Ensure brand consistency and inclusive communications
Collaborate across teams to support organisational initiatives
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or Marketing
2-4 years' experience in a similar role
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on inclusive communication
Experience with digital platforms, social media, and CMS tools
Bonus Points For
Experience in housing, homelessness, or community service
Basic design or video content creation and editing skills (eg. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

About You
To be successful for this role, you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.
Please note: A satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
