Job Opportunity: Sales Training Facilitator

A leading auto finance company seeks an experienced Sales Trainer to lead high-performing teams in the NSW Region.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching retail dealership staff on financial sales opportunities and achieving sales objectives.

The role involves:

  • Developing engaging training resources for training sessions and initiatives.
  • Maximising financial sales outcomes and achieving performance goals.
  • Coaching staff in finance and sales departments within dealerships, facilitating formal training sessions and delivering retail finance instruction to promote products and brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering effective training courses using various mediums (face-to-face and virtual).
  • Aligning with and promoting adherence to the National Strategy.
  • Supporting performance objectives outlined in dealership business plans.
