Job Summary

The role of a Learning Coordinator is to deploy and execute learning & training plans, supporting Delivery Station/Fulfillment Centre execution aligned with Learning & Development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and relevant team members for preparation and coordination of training events based on site/regional needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Establish trust with peer(s) across the AU Delivery Services team, working together on regional learning projects to drive success and improvement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding, coordinating all training needs and providing expert guidance and support.
  • Facilitate certified job and compliance training, including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry, and retraining, ensuring associates have the required competencies.
  • Travel between local Delivery Services sites to provide maximum coverage in the region, promoting a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
  • Maintain, prepare, and distribute data on key metrics for their delivery station/region, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, coaching associates accordingly to ensure excellence and consistency.
  • E nsure area readiness and organisation for all Learning Experience areas, guaranteeing a smooth and effective on-site training experience.
  • Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point, maintaining open communication and resolving issues promptly.

This role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
