Job Title: Sales Systems Support and Training Administrator

The Sales Systems Support & Training Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales teams by providing training, support, and troubleshooting services. This individual will be responsible for managing a shared inbox, providing application support to sales teams, training new staff on systems and best practices, and facilitating meetings with internal and external parties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, while experience in media or similar industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Media experience is preferred but not essential.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • IBMS Sales and Automated Trading knowledge is a plus but not essential.
