Job Opportunity: Deliver Training Programs in Mental Health

Description:

We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver impactful training programs in mental health and wellbeing. As a contractor, you will work with us to deliver high-quality training sessions, adhering to current best practices.

You will be equipped with facilitator guides and materials, undertaking Train the Trainer programs for all courses. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-training sessions, delivering training sessions both in-person and virtually, and working with a range of courses including Accidental Counsellor and Managing Challenging Interactions.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in mental health care and training delivery
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering training, particularly in mental health topics
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required
