Job Summary

Maintenance officers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various facilities and infrastructure. In this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining high standards across multiple areas.

This role requires a multi-skilled individual who can operate autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work to schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake aircraft refuelling operations and fuel quality control checks as required
  • Conduct general building repairs and maintenance across multiple areas
  • Perform vegetation control of rental properties
  • Participate in after-hours on-call activities for airport maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Airport Reporting Officer Certificate (ARO) or be in the process of acquiring
  • Demonstrated experience in operating small plant and equipment such as tractors, mowers, brushcutters
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work to schedules
