Job Title

We are seeking a senior professional to join our Controls and Customer Outcomes team, focused on driving sustainable enhancements to business practices and processes.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing control testing activities in line with the automated controls assurance framework.

This involves working closely with risk teams to embed effective controls throughout the organization, providing robust feedback where required and recommending appropriate enhancements.

Data Quality Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data quality in various databases across the CCO and RBS risk profiles and monthly management reporting.
  • Supporting the organization by providing a comprehensive and integrated risk service, enabling it to meet its business outcomes.
  • Identifying, leading, and managing continuous improvement of the business control environment using data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting the organization in optimizing their assurance activities through the implementation of continuous assurance and tooling platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Operational Risk Management experience.
  • Compliance Frameworks knowledge, including control design experience.
  • Ability to analyze and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strong influencing and consulting skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desirable skills: SQL and Tableau.
