Job Opportunity: Process Enhancement Specialist

As a Process Enhancement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement within an esteemed organisation. You will collaborate with project managers to embed process enhancements across the project lifecycle, develop and refine workflows, checklists, and quality standards to ensure compliance and efficiency, analyse current processes, identify opportunities, and implement enhancements using Lean Six Sigma principles.

  • Develop data visualisations in Power BI and Excel to track and present performance metrics.
  • Oversee documentation control, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support onboarding and training, while ensuring seamless interdepartmental handovers across teams.
  • Present process insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.

About You

You are a motivated professional with experience in project delivery, operations, or process enhancement, ideally within the energy, construction, or services sector. With strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you thrive on streamlining processes and embedding efficiencies across teams.

Requirements

  • Around 3-6 years' experience with projects (solar PV or batteries desirable).
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create dashboards and analyse data for decision making.
  • Proven ability to design and optimise process flows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and embed change across the business.
