Job Title:

Financial Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Systems team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure financial systems modules, including core finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, and fixed assets
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system integration and operation
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for financial systems issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial systems features and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements
  • Work on payroll and HR initiatives
  • Participate in testing and deployment of financial systems updates and new functionalities
  • Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity within the financial systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with financial systems, including implementation and configuration
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices
  • Financial systems certification/s
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within financial systems
  • Experience in creating complex reports using financial systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently
