Job Title: Learning Management System Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an LMS Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration and operational support for our Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day LMS configuration updates.
  • Build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS), ensuring correct integration with the LMS.
  • Act as the first point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues, resolving or escalating where required.
  • Support rollout and go-live activities for new brands.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation and training materials.
  • Provide guidance and training to business teams, promoting self-sufficiency in system use.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage positively across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is also essential, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with Moodle and Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
