Digital Learning Systems Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the administration and operation of our Learning Management System (LMS). As an LMS Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable functioning of the LMS, providing first-class support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out daily LMS configuration updates.
- Build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS), ensuring seamless integration with the LMS.
- Act as the primary point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Support rollouts and go-live activities for new brands.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation and training materials.
- Provide guidance and training to business teams, promoting self-sufficiency in system use.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively across teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have the opportunity to work at the heart of our digital learning systems, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
