**Job Opportunity:** Aquatic Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as an Aquatic Services Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in a supportive culture, deliver exceptional customer service, and have an in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs.

The **Aquatics Services Manager** will be responsible for the operation of the swim school, leading the Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality swim school programs.

The successful candidate will have a passion for swimming, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, demonstrated ability to lead a team, and possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and promoting aquatic programs
  • Leading a team to achieve business objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will have a National Police Check, Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working With Children Check, Current Swim Teaching Certificate, and previous Swim School Coordinator Experience.
