About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic pre-construction team at Envia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing a portfolio of customers from sales acceptance to construction, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage your own portfolio of customers, coordinating all required elements of the pre-construction workflow within expected timelines.
  • Effectively and proactively manage customer inquiries and expectations, ensuring timely communication of status and timeframes.
  • Collaborate with our Operations team to deliver against workflow timeframes, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Present and facilitate the return of contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in pre-construction and/or construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
