Emergency Department Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team in the Emergency Department as a Patient Services Assistant. This is a full-time or part-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary package and opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their interactions with patients, colleagues and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Health (Patient Services)
- Current first aid certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
