About This Role

This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover, reporting to the production and design team leader.

  • Coordinate all aspects of branded merchandise purchase orders from inception to delivery.
  • Oversee customer branded inventory levels and initiate timely replenishments where necessary.
  • Thoroughly assess order briefings and artworks to ensure adherence to specifications and guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branded merchandise production-related inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient support is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams by ensuring orders are approved, on track for delivery, and that systems are up-to-date with accurate status and expected dates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster beneficial trade partnerships.
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and close off transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and SOPs, driving ongoing efficiency and quality improvements within the team.
