Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

The role of a Visual Merchandising Specialist is to maintain the visual appeal of a retail store, ensuring that all displays and fixtures are appealing and effectively merchandised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high visual standards across all departments, including ticketing, displays, and overall merchandising standards.
  • Work closely with department managers to implement promotional campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Regularly review display integrity and rectify any ticketing errors, signage issues, or untidy presentations.
  • Support setup and maintenance of end caps, feature displays, and POS materials.
  • Ensure all displays reflect current stock availability and feature best-selling or high-margin lines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for visual improvements and enhanced customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual display is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand representation and customer engagement through visual presentation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
