**The opportunity**:
Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Visual Merchandising Manager, Retail & Trade will have previous experience in a Visual Merchandising role, where they have been able to design and manage creative concepts that personalise brand values, inspire the customer experience, and create conversions within the retail and trade space. We're looking for someone to help bring the brand vision to life within our retail and trade space that will continue to inspire our customer experience and journey.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop a design strategy for Hush Puppies, Julius Marlow, and Clarks brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints within retail stores and trade networks.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to redefine the creative direction and drive this direction with the wider Retail and Wholesale/Trade teams.
- Create visual merchandising plans and strategies for all brands, including window displays and POS changes that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Conceptualise, design, print, and implement major product and seasonal campaigns across retail and wholesale networks.
- Develop and rollout VM plans and POS materials for retail stores and major retailers
- Communicate any visual merchandising, campaign, or promotional changes to retail stores and wholesale trade partners.
- Update visual merchandising POS materials, props, and fixtures in showrooms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create inspiring seasonal marketing campaigns and implement the VM strategy for each campaign and promotional activity.
- Manage relationships with external printers and production agencies to ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met.
- Attend Trade and Go-To-Market (GTM) meetings to coordinate efforts and stay updated on brand strategies. Review sales results and use this information to respond to the visual merchandising strategy
- Oversee the Visual Merchandising budget
- Assist in store refurbishments and wholesale site moves, ensuring that the concept of space aligns with brand identity

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- A formal qualification in design/experience
- Proficient at Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Effective design of commercial product in line with strategy
- Experience in retail/wholesale environment
- Understanding the target customer for each brand
