Production Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover and involves coordinating production and end-to-end processes for branded merchandise.

Job Description

This position has a strong focus on production of branded merchandise, working closely with the sales and design teams to ensure orders are completed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer branded inventory and initiating stock replenishments where required.

Key responsibilities include thoroughly assessing order briefings and supplied artworks to guarantee adherence to all specifications and guidelines. The primary contact for branded merchandise production-related enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient support is delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

Additional tasks may be delegated by the Production and Design Team Leader or COS team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Purchasing, Replenishment or Production Coordinator.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business or Marketing, or relevant disciplines highly regarded.
  • Experience in the Print and Promotional Products industry with an understanding of branding, decoration, and colour formats (CMYK, Pantone) highly regarded but not essential.
