Job Title: Production Coordinator
Job Description:As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of all branded merchandise purchase orders. This includes monitoring customer inventory, initiating stock replenishments, and verifying supplier invoices to ensure accurate matching with purchase orders.
Additionally, you will provide primary contact support for production-related inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve collaborating with the sales and design teams to guarantee high-quality production of branded merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate production and end-to-end process of all branded merchandise purchase orders.
- Monitor customer branded inventory and initiate stock replenishments as required.
- Verify supplier invoices to match purchase orders and close accurately and timely.
- Provide primary contact support for production-related inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure high-quality production of branded merchandise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Purchasing, Replenishment or Production Coordinator.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business or Marketing, or relevant disciplines highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role within the Print and Promotional Products industry, including an understanding of branding, decoration, and colour formats (CMYK, Pantone).
- Autonomous with a proactive mindset, able to work independently while being a team player.
- Well-organised, enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Resilient under pressure, ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving and thrive on creative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to learn, have technical understandings, and have a logical approach.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
