We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's goods and services are of the best price while maintaining high quality and reasonable quantities.
Main Responsibilities:- Accurately and timely report all goods consumed and held on premises.
- Optimise beverage and food cost percentages of the Hotel.
- Negotiate and maintain professional relationships with suitable suppliers.
- Maintain a competitive quote file for all Hotel products and review this file quarterly.
- Ensure invoices are received for goods purchased, attached to corresponding purchase orders.
- Analyse weekly bar stocktake (if required) and distribute report.
- Organise and perform monthly stock takes and calculate the cost of sales for both food and beverage products.
- Perform potential analysis and compare against usage.
