About Us

We strive for excellence in maintenance planning, ensuring our fleet operates within its tolerance band. Our proactive approach involves creating work orders for trams and scheduling corrective maintenance to prevent downtime.

Our team is responsible for planning material requirements for preventative and corrective maintenance programs, including auditing plans to validate tram performance.

We monitor kilometre meter readings to identify areas requiring exam schedules and review completed exams to identify issues that require engineering attention.

Work orders are raised for any fleet maintenance, with parts allocated to each job. We use a maintenance planning forecast model to ensure our fleet remains well-maintained and running smoothly.

Effective communication and collaboration are key to our success, ensuring seamless planning and execution of maintenance tasks.

Overhaul Planning

We plan, schedule and communicate overhauls to ensure our fleet operates at peak performance. This includes monitoring base scope overruns and validating overhaul variations with all parties involved.

Fleet kilometres are monitored to ensure smooth alignment of maintenance and overhaul plans, with forward planning requirements used to schedule against contract deliverables.

Material requirements for overhauls are planned and coordinated to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of projects.

We continuously review and optimize our maintenance regimes to balance exams, reduce maintenance costs and satisfy safety requirements.
