The role of Project Costing Officer plays a pivotal part in supporting operational efficiency and delivering services. This encompasses providing high-level administrative, financial, and procurement support to both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities of the Project Costing Officer include:

  • Operational costing, financial management, procurement, and project administration services
  • Preparation and review of timesheets for accuracy and validity of allowances and entitlements
  • Organising, undertaking, and/or assisting with the requisition, ordering, purchasing, and payment for goods and services
  • Compiling, analysing, and generating comprehensive financial reports
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and inputting data into information systems

As a valued member of the team, the Project Costing Officer will provide expert support, guidance, and advice to suppliers, employees, colleagues, project team members, and management. They will maintain open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders and utilise effective problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, including the Gold Coast Region and Southern Brisbane. The successful candidate will possess a flexible work attitude and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
