Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

As an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, you will be working in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, delivering interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes in Rockingham and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support children with disabilities and their families, providing therapy in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres.
- Attend family meetings to conduct initial appointments, utilizing your assessment and communication skills to get to know them, their child, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support children's development and progress.
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents on strategies to support their child's needs.
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses.

This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, with availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments essential. You will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, as well as minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
You will also need to demonstrate experience working with children with disability, a positive and flexible approach to work, strong communication skills, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
