Key Responsibilities

As a Chief Information Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our organisation and driving innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an information technology strategy that aligns with our corporate strategy.

  • Develop and implement an information technology strategy that aligns with our corporate strategy.
  • Ensure our information technology services, infrastructure, and systems meet business needs and adhere to recordkeeping and other legislative and policy requirements.
  • Support the Executive Director Corporate, Experience and Strategy on Audit Offices change management strategies, particularly as they relate to information technology.
  • Actively manage and address critical events to ensure our information technology systems, capabilities, and services are not disrupted or compromised.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of achievement in a senior Technology leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver Technology strategy, including services, products, and platforms provided by the Technology team.
  • Tertiary qualification such as Business, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
  • Deep industry and technical knowledge of digital transformation practices.
