Job Title: Retail Billing Specialist

\

This role is responsible for timely and accurate retail customer onboarding and billing process, including responsibility for relevant business systems, processes, tools, and providing support for diverse range of business stakeholders (including sales, account managers, and finance) regarding billing/retail operations issues.

\

Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of operation and maintenance of retail billing and settlement systems and associated systems, processes, and tools to ensure they are efficient, timely, and accurate.

\

Additional key responsibilities include ongoing direct liaison with billing system, including scoping, raising, and managing issues and change requests through to completion; monitoring and ensuring billing system and delivery performance is at or above agreed levels.

\

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years' work experience in a similar field, formal qualifications, and familiarity with key National Energy Market retail processes.

\

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on strict deadlines are also required.
