The Role

A rare opportunity exists for Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team supporting our retail network across Australia.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, be responsible for the coordination of all operational and administrative initiatives, act as a key point of contact between store and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and distribute all retail store related reporting (incentives, sales reports, financial reports, expenses, customer, traffic and conversion, payroll and weekly/monthly manager reports packs)
- Assisting in the review of division forecasts to ensure projections are realistic and achievable
- Communicate agreed expense budgets to store teams
- Identifying process improvement opportunities by reviewing relevant retail policy and procedures
- Coordinate the distribution of retail commercial documentation and providing timely communication to store teams in relation to promotional activity, operational announcements and relevant messages
- Support Retail Operations Manager with general project and administration work as required
- Willingness to learn, display initiative, embrace challenges and take on new responsibilities
- Proactive approach to problem identification & resolution
- Ability to focus on continuous process improvement
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Highly developed administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and InDesign
- High level of attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
