Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail operations professional to contribute to the day-to-day coordination and management of retail operational activities.

  • Organise and maintain a file management system
  • Compile and complete the weekly trade update for retail stores
  • Update, develop, and utilise the Brand Hub pages on SharePoint to ensure resources are accessible and platforms support business needs and strategy
  • Measure, report, and communicate SharePoint engagement levels and present ideas to increase this
  • Complete monthly summaries to retail leaders on new process and or retail learning and development analytics data
  • Manage the Retail Operations inbox to support store queries
  • Manage consumable platforms and provide expenditure and usage insights where necessary
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years' experience providing administrative support at a high level
  • Demonstrated experience working in retail stores and head office-based environments, ideally
  • Previous experience in contributing to or coordinating projects
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Experience with Canva or InDesign will be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn with a process improvement mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
