Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking a visionary marketing leader to drive our brand's growth and ensure Dental Boutique remains a leader in the luxury cosmetic dentistry sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an overarching marketing strategy that aligns with our vision and growth objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends and leverage opportunities to position the brand as a market leader in the cosmetic dentistry sector.
  • Lead and oversee marketing initiatives across all digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility and patient engagement.
  • Elevate and maintain the luxury positioning of the Dental Boutique brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality marketing materials that reflect the exclusivity, innovation, and excellence of the brand.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, website optimization, email marketing, and online advertising to attract and convert new patients.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Introduce innovative digital marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and implement patient acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth targets, ensuring a steady flow of new clients.
  • Build patient loyalty and retention through effective communication and marketing programs.
  • Enhance the patient journey by optimizing touchpoints from awareness to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Oversee PR and media relations strategies to strengthen Dental Boutique's reputation and market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in luxury consumer marketing or healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strategic vision and ability to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Digital expertise and extensive experience in digital marketing, analytics, and social media strategies.
  • Brand leadership and strong background in brand management and positioning, particularly within high-end consumer markets.
  • Leadership skills and ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
