We need a high-performing Learning Support Manager to join our team and support our teacher users in achieving this goal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences across workshops, webinars, and training sessions for teacher users.
- Build meaningful relationships with teacher users in individual and group meetings by being adept at interpersonal skills and establishing connections quickly.
- Design scaffolded assessments to ensure outstanding learning experiences are delivered to students.
- Provide exceptional support experiences for teacher and student users handling inbound requests.
- Successfully manage multiple projects across pilot and enterprise implementations.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Education Expertise: Passionate about creating and delivering engaging training sessions grounded in pedagogical principles.
- Relationship Building: Adept at building strong connections with individuals in one-on-one and group settings, both in-person and online. Strong interpersonal skills and talent for establishing connections quickly.
- Assessment Design: Skilled in crafting high-quality, scaffolded assessments that align with pedagogical best practices. Experienced in developing assessments enhancing the learning process and encouraging skill development.
- Support Services: Detail-oriented approach to solving problems. Proven ability to provide exceptional support services to users, customers, teachers, and/or students.
- Project Management: Demonstrated organisational expertise with focus on prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management. Experienced in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion independently and collaboratively.
