Learning Experience Manager

Developing effective online learning programs requires a strategic approach to enhance user engagement and effectiveness.

Job Overview:
  • Manage the new Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless coordination and communication across teams.
  • Provide guidance to internal team members on best practices for utilizing the LMS, aligning with organizational priorities and implementation principles.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate course content from storyboard to final implementation in the LMS.
  • Monitor and analyze LMS data to assess platform effectiveness, user engagement, and overall performance.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on LMS and content development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • LMS governance, management, and strategy.
  • End-to-end management of the Learning Management System.
  • Quality assurance processes for content development, review, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance monitoring and analytics.
  • Operations and administration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing online learning programs, with expertise in LMS platforms and instructional design.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure effectiveness.
  • Background or experience in healthcare education, public health, or working with healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in developing engaging, evidence-based content for health or education settings.
  • Experience creating and delivering learning content for external audiences and customers.
