Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support:
  • Manage and respond to incoming HR queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, leave, terminations, and new starters.
  • Serve as a liaison between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support the offboarding process for departing employees, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in human resources.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work at pace, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passionate and ambitious individual with a desire to learn and grow.
