Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as an Experience and Learning Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities- HR Support:
- Manage and respond to incoming HR queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, leave, terminations, and new starters.
- Serve as a liaison between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support the offboarding process for departing employees, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in human resources.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work at pace, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passionate and ambitious individual with a desire to learn and grow.
