PATH4 Group is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development goals and expanding our customer base in the international freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business targets and identify new prospective customers to develop solutions and strategies to close each opportunity
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Maintain and report pipeline and closed activity
- Utilize the strength of the internal network to effectively prospect and qualify leads
- Work closely and successfully with internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales in freight forwarding / international logistics
- Evidence of increased sales within current customer portfolio
- Customer acquisition experience
- Routinely meets or exceeds agreed targets
- Actively seeks opportunities to grow the business and increase profitability
- Understands, communicates, and creates solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to engage and build strong and profitable relationships
- Uphold company culture and high standards
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Full Australian driving license
