The Role

This role involves driving transformation, efficiency and continuous improvement across Oceania. You will lead transformation initiatives and support large investments in Service Centres and continuous improvement projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a technical support community

  • A proven track record in service operations, transformation or continuous improvement
  • Strong background in lean management, continuous improvement or transformation/investment projects
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
