About the Role

As a seasoned operations expert, you will oversee daily activities at our community centre, leading and guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

This key role involves end-to-end management of a community site, personalised planning, and development for all people with disability. You will create a positive work environment where employees can identify and solve problems to ensure the tailored support process translates into action.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • Experience managing site-based services within the disability sector, with experience in community services supporting people with disabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching individuals to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, and disability services provision.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills required to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
