We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of firefighters in Rockhampton, Queensland.

This role is critical in supporting fire and emergency services across the state.

Key Requirements
  • Australian Permanent Resident Status
  • Manual C Class driver's licence
  • Livability or work within a reasonable distance of a fire station
  • Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to fire and other emergency incidents as a member of a team
  • Promote community safety and emergency preparedness through education activities
  • Develop and maintain competencies by participating in regular drills and training courses
  • Maintain attendance standards for emergency incidents and training
  • Operate specialist firefighting equipment safely and effectively
