Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals in our community.
The role involves working with clients to identify and address factors that contribute to their offending behaviour, as well as motivating and influencing them to participate in the case management process.
- Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour
- Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements
In this role, you will work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality services to clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals
- Assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- An ability to build positive working relationships and work effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
