Role Description:
This role involves leading business development efforts to grow revenue streams. You will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth. This includes developing and executing sales strategies and driving a strategic growth plan to enhance the company's market presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B business development and complex technology solution sales, preferably within rail, transportation, or industrial verticals.
- Able to manage long and complex sales cycles and close multi-year, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen to articulate business value and build compelling return-on-investment cases.
